The new rear projection television from Mitsubishi is more or less their flagship HDTV. It is a big boxed set and is notoriously priced high. Nowadays, such televisions are moderately priced but clearly, this one is not among them. Do not let the big size fool you, it is still a bit sexy considering that fact. The glossy black finish makes sure it still looks sexy to people.

It measures 58.2 x 39.5 x 16.1 inches and weighs 78.1 pounds. There are stereo speakers located just below the screen. There is also the ominous presence of a blue lighting in the front which does not really contribute much of anything to the WD-65833. This set has two color temperature presets as opposed to the normal three nowadays. There are , however, five different picture modes.

Still, color decoding proved to be quite inaccurate. Also, there is noise in video processing and the overall disappointing performance, coupled with the high price makes it a missable prospect.
