People really love combinations. Any mix and match that we could lay our eyes on, we go grab it. There is a sense of pleasure when we sense that we are getting more bang for our back, a sign that we still love anything that is on sale, from a distance. Like shampoo and conditioner, music player and phone and other combos thru time, we cannot get enough of them.

With that in mind, we present a different kind of portable hard drive. The company called Trans Intl. has brought upon us the MiniXpress 825 S, a brand-new portable external hard disk drive that features not one but three interfaces, namely external Serial ATA (eSATA), USB 2.0 and FireWire 400. What’s more, it is quite affordable..

The device houses a 2.5-inch Serial ATA (SATA)-equipped hard disk drive mechanism. It has an aluminum case and houses an anti-shock mechanism to keep the drive safe. The eSATA interface is useful for Mac users who have configured their systems with an eSATA host controller card and wants a good performance out of it. Two FireWire 400 jacks are also included.The MiniXpress 825 S utilizes a DuoLink interface that combines eSATA and USB 2.0 into a single connector.
