One company has already thrown its hat into the race. Last week, Hewlett-Packard laid its claim to the touchscreen market by introducing its own upgraded touchscreen PC that lis capable of letting users record video notes for others to come, see and enjoy.
With every aspect of a house in mind on the design itself, the HP TouchSmart IQ775 PC has an interactive touchscreen that allows users to perform basic computing actions and schedule activities. Moreover, 19-inch LCD (liquid crystal display) fires up applications and users can leave virtual post-it notes containing voice and video message for other family members.
Other features include Advanced Micro Devices Turion 64Â X2 dual-core TL-58 processor, 500GB hard drive, 2GB of RAM, Nvidia GeForce Go 7600 graphics card, TV tuner, webcam and keyboard.
